Nicole Kidman Protects Her Celebrity Brand


Nicole Kidman
is an Academy Award and Golden Globe winning actress and one of the highest-paid actresses in the motion picture industry.  In addition to her many movie roles, she serves as a UNIFEM and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.   She is also well known for her former marriage to Tom Cruise and her current marriage to Keith Urban.

Aside from being featured in Chanel No. 5 advertisements, Kidman is not well-known for celebrity branding.  However, a search of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Website Database does yield the NICOLE KIDMAN U. S. Trademark Application Serial No: 77/012,982 filed for use on:

The application was filed in the name of Nicole Kidman as an individual U.S. citizen.  The application is pending and the first request for extension of time to file a Statement of Use has just been granted for the application.

Kidman’s fans in the United States (as well as all around the world) look forward to Kidman promoting her celebrity brand.
