Paris Hilton Trademarks: That's Hot
With multiple perfumes, her own book, a reality television show, a few scandals, and a new deal to host a New Year’s Eve party at Las Vegas nightclub LAX for a reported one million dollars, Paris Hilton has created her own celebrity brand as a result of simply being famous. How well has she protected her brand?

All of these marks are owned by Paris Hilton individually.
Again, like Britney, I have to wonder whether Paris has actually used her mark on all of these products. For example, while Paris’ jewelry line was sold exclusively online, she has extensively marketed her perfumes, including her new CAN CAN fragrance. It is surprising that she has not extensively marketed a cosmetics line, especially with her perfumes already sold by leading beauty retailer Sephora. I’m also intrigued by the idea of a men’s grooming product line. It could be a possible gift idea for those “hard to buy for” men for the upcoming holiday season (in case he already has the PARIS HILTON brand watch fob listed in Registration No. 3249904).
